CITYWIDE DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION
Citywide Development Corporation is a private, non-profit corporation. We
received our SBA certification in 1985 and serve as a Certified Development
Company in the State of Kansas. Citywide Development is
authorized to sell debentures with U.S. Small Business Administration guaranties
to provide financing for up to 40% of a project. In order to finance a project
Citywide determines the ability of a small business concern to secure and repay
the loan proceeds. Only credit-worthy firms are eligible for assistance under
the 504 Loan Program.
